Course Terms of Service (v1.0, Effective: 20.10.2026)
By proceeding with payment, you agree to the following terms:
1. Educational Content Only: This course is educational and intended for personal development. I (Rumzi Yousef) am not a medical professional, therapist, or counsellor. Nothing in this course is medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a "quick fix" and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
2. Supplement, Not a Replacement: This course is designed to supplement therapy, not replace it. You are strongly encouraged to work through it alongside a qualified mental health professional. Do not stop or change any existing treatment or medication because of anything in this course.
3. No Guarantee of Results: I do not guarantee any particular outcome. Results vary from person to person and depend on your circumstances, consistency, and active participation.
4. Emotional Discomfort & Personal Responsibility: Recovery work can bring up uncomfortable emotions, memories, or sensations. You understand and accept these potential risks. Further cautions appear in the relevant lessons, and you agree to pause or stop any exercise that feels overwhelming. You remain entirely responsible for your own choices, wellbeing, and actions while taking this course.
5. Crisis & Emergency Exclusions: This course is not meant for urgent matters or mental health crises. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, severe distress, or a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services (e.g 999 in the UK) or a crisis helpline (e.g Samaritans) immediately.
6. Eligibility: You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
7. Licence & Intellectual Property: Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course for your own use. You may not share your login, or copy, record, resell, or distribute any course materials. All content remains my intellectual property.
8. No Refunds: Because this is digital content with immediate access, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once access begins.
9. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential decisions, actions, experiences, or outcomes resulting from your use of the course. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes to the Course & Terms: I may update course content or these terms over time. The version that applied on the date of your purchase governs your purchase.
